By using Grello - Gratitude AI ("Grello"), you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Grello is a gratitude journaling app with an AI companion. The AI provides general wellbeing support and is not a substitute for professional mental health advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

2. Subscriptions

• Grello offers auto-renewing subscriptions: Yearly ($29.99/year) and Weekly ($1.99/week).
• A 3-day free trial is included with your first subscription.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of all journal entries, notes, and content you create in Grello. Your content is stored locally on your device and is not accessible to us.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not use Grello to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content. We reserve the right to enforce rate limits and suspend access for misuse.

5. Disclaimer

Grello is provided "as is" without warranties. AI responses are generated by machine learning models and may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate. We are not liable for actions taken based on AI suggestions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grello's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
